Caregiver Connection Community Members:  Members of the Caregiver Connection are people committed to its mission through participation in Connection meetings and being an active member of a Connection sub-committee. They are individuals that are currently or have provided care to another and professionals interested in caregiving issues.  Connection members serve as neutral, non-agency specific representatives.  Understanding the complexity of caregiving issues, members of the Connection agree to provide general caregiving information but refer caregivers to the Aging and Disability Resource Center for more global information and agency referrals.

Please call the Aging and Disability Resource Center at 262-284-8120 if you’re interested in becoming a member of the Caregiver Connection.

Community Partners: Partners of the Caregiver Connection are organizations and businesses committed to enhancing the work of the Caregiver Connection by sharing expertise and resources to aid the mission of supporting, educating and advocating for caregivers.  Community Partners pay membership dues which support Caregiver Connection activities, and are encouraged but not required to attending meetings.
