Are you a caregiver? Read this pamphlet...
The Caregiver Coalition of Ozaukee County wants to help you care for yourself while you care for others through education, support and advocacy. We understand how rewarding yet stressful caregiving can be; but, there is hope and we are here to help. Our Coalition’s members are Ozaukee County citizens or concerned area businesses who have a heart for the crucial role that caregivers perform in caring for others.
The Caregiver Coalition of Ozaukee County is affiliated with the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Ozaukee County (ADRC).
The ADRC functions as a one stop source of information and assistance for older adults, adults with disabilities, their families, friends and caregiver by linking them with resources and services that enable them to live as independently as possible.
